Ways to relieve Anxiety

In no particular order here are ways to relieve your anxiety

  • Drink Cold Water - all 4 or 8oz in one sitting.
  • take a coloring book and crayons and color🌊🌊🌊🌊
  • Brisk walk regardless of weather literally stretch your legs πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ
  • Stop and Think about what is happening aka Meditate
  • Go to the Bathroom also a way to MeditateπŸŒ…πŸŒ…πŸŒ…πŸŒ…
  • Read a prayer or say it or even a child's poem "twinkle little star" works🌞🌟🌟🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
  • Write down you anxiety then keep it or throw it away
  • Count backward from ten or count up from 7's 
  • Yell Out Loud , Think of a joke and laugh
  • Fart. or Belch or cry but not all three at the same time πŸ™ˆπŸ™‰πŸ™Š

Finally, if none of these work have your anxiety attack  then try and practice one of these things for the next time.
